banksy?

am not sure this is one of his, even though it is in bristol.

seconds after i took this, i saw 2 enormous guys hustling another into the alley beside me. something made me go back & look & they were beating & kicking the crap out of him. i was frozen, not knowing what to do. a man beside me shouted, & i did too. the attackers looked up, realised they were being watched, stomped on his head & casually walked out of the alley & away, looking back over their shoulders as they went.

i got my phone out to take a photo (for id, not blip!) my daughter had arrived, called 999, & her friend & i followed them. (he said he'd chase them but i said no - the attackers were HUGE!)

around the corner, they must have run as they were already half way down the street at a double parked car. the driver got in, the other ripped off the number plate, (not fast enough because my companion got at least part of the number,) and drove off. someone passing heard them say they'd better get the plate off as somebody had a camera. they weren't to know that by the time my phone camera had fired up, they'd gone!

back at the scene, it was heartening to see about 8 good citizens giving plain clothes policeman - how were they there so fast?! - details, & looking after the victim who was sitting up and saying he was never beaten up...

it's never boring in bristol!!!!
