Rocket

From my office window I spotted a pile of what I can only describe as 'stuff', so I decided to investigate.

Apparently - according to the nearby plaque - this is a Rocket - "Food waste from University catering outlets is composted in this Rocket.The compost is used around campus and reduces the amount of waste going into landfill."

Looks more like one of those habitats for insects etc to me
