Fresh cabbage

My neighbour is being over-run with his cabbages at the moment. They all seem to be ready at the same time, so he handed one in over the fence. You don't get fresher than this. Lovely. And in the bid to be eco-friendly, Killerqueen's GPs will get the outer leaves.

Although I have spent a lot of time in the garden lately, I'm not at the stage of growing my own produce yet ..... although I'm quite good at mint!
