Same old, same old.

In the cove on the left is Howtown, and in the far background running left to right are...some hills.

Felt a bit sick and tired running today, think I've still got Saturday's Wasdale fell race in my legs. (I didn't actually run at Wasdale, but Stu was telling me about it today, and it made me feel exhausted!)

Aiming for a quick up and down Blencathra on Wednesday, and 10 miles on Friday, although undecided, road or fell. There now I've committed myself to do that, as punishment for being very lazy last week.
