self discovery

a very reflective weekend.... a lot of learning and self discovery... was definitely needed and very timely...

thanks to the fantastic and lovely Lisa and Kirsten... and also Mrs B...

my affirmation is now "I trust people to be there for me"..... thats not always been easy for me to say

the calendar is in my kitchen and some of the words on it are
