Tyres over bollard

This is from the train station car park in New Malden - which used to be a quiet peaceful place where nobody ever crashed. But since the K1 bus route began, and it starts from here, they had to put bollards up to keep the way clear for the bus, and thenbuses and other car park users kept crunching them. So now each bollard has a stack of used tyres slung over it to protect the bollard from the bus! How lovely...
