The Way of the Roses - Day One

The Way of the Roses is a 170 mile cycle route from the Irish Sea to the North Sea between Morecambe and Bridlington. Set off today from Morecambe and this is the view from the steepest climb of the whole 170 miles which comes after about 40 miles and is the hill out of Settle towards Airton. Once you get to the top you are rewarded with a fabulous downhill stretch into Airton.
