Refreshing

Today was gorgeous weather!
We began at the neighbors jumping on the trampoline, playing in the sandbox, and enjoying the sunshine! Fredrik and I got to chat while Erik played. Most of our conversation lingered over the book Happiness Project that I am currently engulfed in.
The the morning afternoon and into the evening was spent down at the waters edge. Erik played for hours on end digging in the sand, splashing, trying to catch fish, swimming, and enjoying. I got to read a bit, enjoy the sun and water and watch erik in pure bliss!
the evening... the F & S work out on the lake front again a massive amount of people showed up! Fascinating! a good workout and perfect timing because ice cream was our evenings adventure.
What a day!
