Use By

Today has been the culmination of a project that I've been working on for the last 18 months or so. A new system has been put live in our Intake department that will help to improve accuracy of the data that is recorded & it should also speed up the retrieval of this information too. A large part of the project revolves around Use By Dates & Supplier Traceability codes. When I got home I looked at the information I could find in my kitchen, quite surprisingly I only found a couple of items that were out of date.
