Ready to come out?

I'd like to know the name of this plant if anyone recognises it?

Usually a great display of red flowers on these strong broad green leaves.

Thought I'd take a few blips over the next few days as the display comes out in full - looks as if it'll be a bumper display this year with these buds ready to come out!

Another clue - our Guinea Pig loved to eat these leaves when out for a run in the garden. We'd cut off a few leaves and put them in his 'run' where he'd immediately chissel his way through them at great speed (and noise!)
