another delicious meal

ive been wanting to make gnocchi for quite some time now and decided to give it a try tonight. so i threw this together (actually, i slaved in a hot kitchen for quite some time), and it sure was delicious!

sweet potato gnocchi sauteed in a brown butter sauce and topped with fried sage leaves and a sprinkling of parmigiano reggiano. served with a side of steamed lemony kale and a salad. yum!
