Pitkin Colorado
After a few hours of 4x4 road and trail riding B and I stopped here for lunch. Although not a 5 star restaurant, the food was not too bad. We did play safe and have the vegie burgers however. It's the only restaurant (best and worst) in this town so we were the captive clientele. We did have a few rain showers to test our rain gear and were fairly dry at the end of the day. We completed only half of our objective today and made it to the top of Cumberland pass at 12,000 ft. The weather looked very threatening at that point so we did an about face and left the little town of Tin Cup and another restaurant farther on for another day.
