Rack of Lamb

Anyone who knows me will know that I love to eat and I love to cook. Tonight it is rack of lamb, with roast potatos, roast onions and cauliflower cheese. Methinks I will be having it for lunch tomorrow as well.

Edit: It was extremely tasty...
