SKULLS

The Melk Abbey in Austria is home to an amazing collection of art, literature & baroque artifacts so imagine my surprise upon entering a strange little room within where modern 3D plaster figures emerge from the walls and a projector, mounted from the ceiling, runs a continueous film loop of not only skulls but also priests, crosses, geometric patterns, schoolchildren in hallways & nature scenes.

Go figure!
