Starting Success...

This is more or less the view from the just outside our bedroom for tonight.

Sometimes things are just successful from the start. I took the kids for a wee camping trip to let MrsTFP catch up on some study. We got the tent up in easily and headed down to the beach (10 metres past the tent), where the tide was out.

We saw live crabs which was brilliant after all the dead crab parts that we've collected over the last couple of weeks. We got to see how they walk sideways, how they're camouflaged to blend in with the sand and they even showed us how they burrow into the sand to hide. We then found live mussels and clams before we headed out to dinner.

Apart from a rather later night than usual, a very successful wee trip.

I've also got some more stop frame sequences from the trip but I've still to process them.
