Oooop North...

...they've got these funny looking bricks.

An early morning alarm - followed by several snoozes, a sausage sandwhich, collecting a hire car with a far from helpful taxi driver, a trip oooop the M1, several stopages and delays and the wrong turning on the ring road.... but it was worth the test of patience to say 'hey' to Sarah and Jade in that American way that us Brits seem to have adopted.*

I do enjoy these trips up North. I think it's the hills.

I'm liking the hire car. First time to drive a VW. Can see one of these on the horizon!
