Passing gloom

A fabby walk with Juno this morning, early enough for a longish walk, we had the company of Baxter and owners.

Work was a collection of compromises.

Ran home,

Made tea and the family returned. The kids are helping out at the stables and have had a ball.

I headed upto the the stables to finish off the gaint hogweed felling and tidying up. Put fence post around the area to allow for an electric fence to keep the horses of until we have the hogweed under control.

A roe deer bounced through the long grass with the setting sun.
