Drink of choice this evening, yup, still on the soft stuff.

The Strepsil shot of yesterday was tantamount to the sore throat and mouth ulcers that I have been suffering, probably because I am just generally a bit run down.

Obviously, as Dotty pointed out yesterday, due to forgetting to put the lemon in the gin, therefore lacking in Vitamin C............
