homeward bound

We drove from Skye to Dumfries, with a quick stop for lunch in Fort William.
It still took us all day!

Arriving at Mum and Dads, we were refreshed with coffee, and the littlest Dragon and Grandmum had baked a special cake.

No1 son and Grandad proudly displayed the birdbox they had built together. Apparently no1 son was amazed that this could be constructed from a plank of wood...... he learned about nails, saws and the importance of measuring. God Bless Grandads!
