day began with mountainous climbs on the bikes (33.5 MPH downhill on the fixed was interesting), amazing lunch at this Mad Men-like eatery in Cherry Creek North, then card games and BBQ with Leah's grandparents (we even made the dry-erase board, as you can see!).

so, the plan is that in four to five years, after medical school and after I (hopefully) build some experience in the academic realm (a scary fucking thought, there), is to move back to Denver. if you so desire, you can spy on the exchange between my friend Kathryn and I on place, beauty (or sometimes, the lack of), geography, etc. we all just want to return home, at some point or another, and make it our own, once again for the first time.
