Mr Gatekeeper

oh how mother nature has blessed me today!

Went out with the camera in hopes of finding the male gatekeeper today. Not only did i find one, i found 3! along side the female and a few whites, speckled woods and ringlets. All in my very own garden!

Really found it hard to choose which photo to post today so i might change it yet. This one though shows the best of the markings.. How different he is to yesterdays female.

Don't you agree he is actually prettier?

The sparrows were very cheeky today, think they were after the bugs and butterflies that were in abundance. Libbie was sat on her swing and one came down and sat on the swing next to her, she found it rather amusing.
