Confrontation!

The swan was really hissing as the cow came towards it. I thought they might both end up in the water fighting at one point!

We were trying to buy one measily aubergine but neither of our two village shops are selling them. The first owner said they're too expensive to stock, then looked aghast as I walked past later holding a can of Coke. "You DIDN'T did you?!" He then asked how much I paid for the coke and quite smugly told me his is 5p cheaper. It's an evening of hissy fits it seems (and no aubergines.)
