Sunny, sun, sun!

You can't beat a frozen cold glass straight from the freezer for a Robinson's summer berry (promise!).

What a corker of a day - the sun was at its smiliest best.

Went for a 7 mile run in the sweltering heat this morning, with full on hills. A lovely lady perched under a tree, taking a break from her bike ride, offered me water - what a gem.

Peter popped in and out - he's on holiday mode :o) Yesterday's spuds were bloody delish with salmon, corn on the cob, fried tomato in a teriyaki sauce. Proper al fresco dining tonight.

Living in Scotland we survive on hope, hope that the sun will return tomorrow.
