Run out of energy

A frantic day, very little time for much other than work!

I don't like days like today, although they are very rewarding. I had to go and get an injection at the Docs first, then the mad dash to work. Swift coffee, get to it...

Drive home, eat and sit down with a sigh....lazy shot this one but I love these spheres, I can sit and watch them for ages.
