Rolling Through

After yesterdays winter flower, today its the thick clouds rolling through - threatening and powerful but coming to nothing, a fine day was not predicted by the forecasters, instead we were graced with blue sky and sun which shone on the snowy mountains.

After our grocery shop this morning we had lunch at the small but growing township of Pegasus. There are many sections for sale which are being snapped up by the people of Christchurch. The land has been suitably prepared for earthquakes and is only a 30 minute drive to the city - a good commute with a rural appeal.

The clouds rolling through above the lake at Pegasus as we dined today - now its time to put the groceries away and get some tea, I'd better fly!! Be back later :)
