A day of two halves

First half of the day, on a mountain in a severe snowstorm. It was cold, very windy and very snowy.

Then in the car and back to Wellington. Weather cleared on the way and grabbed the other half of the day. Sunset off the Kapiti Coast.

Fantastic. Good trip, but will be glad to be home in my own bed later tonight.
