Spokes

The wheel of my Giant Bowery may look a little dirty but believe me, it is the cleanest it has been since I bought it. I rode in! It was not that easy but I did it. I told myself I was slow because of the head wind and the extra weight of the shoes I had to carry today. But then a guy on a mountain bike with full suspension and knobbly tyres overtook me! And to add insult to injury he had on his back a rucksack three times as large as mine! It was as if the rucksack was laughing at me.

I must get fitter....oh ok, I must get fit.

Caravan tomorrow. Rain forecast for the weekend too!
