payback

I knew I'd be pretty tired after yesterday - the only question was how tired. the physios said the effort of getting there might outweigh the benefits of the pool. as I type the sunlight streams in through the windows, emphasising the point that I'm not out in it, with my camera.

next week I'm going to let the train take the strain

my table's still messy, but some of it's a different mess
