Taking on a challenge

As if watching the Tour de France on TV isn't exercise enough there are some cycling enthusiasts mad enough to follow the professionals and attempt part of the route. They intend to ride in the Etape du Tour on July 17th and raise funds for the Army Benevolent Fund. In their words The Etape will be hard ? at 208 km with 4000m of climb it's the longest Etape ever.

Good luck to all the riders who have put in months of hard training in preparation for at least 10 hours in the saddle on Sunday. Cushions at the ready next week :-)
