We're gonna bowl tonight

Ladies and gents let me introduce you to three lovely people - Katie, Mark and Nick. I work with these guys but also am lucky to call them my friends.

Tonight we had a works bowling night and even though I couldn't partake in throwing a ball down an alley due to a shoulder injury I still had a great night.
