The Last of it's Days

Decided I better not do any more fruit and veges, (people will get bored) and meat was not appealing!
So my Purple Anemone from 11th July is still sitting in the vase, and looking a little aged. I like to photograph things when they get older, as there is always some beauty.
I was a bit lazy and thought I would get away without my tripod, but as I was much closer than the last few days when photographing, I found that nothing was sharp.
So out with the tripod. When I folded it up and went to place it beside my camera bag, the head accidently hit the top of my camera, cracking the glass over the info panel.
I am becoming clumsy!!
Damm it I now have a big crack across it. Everything is still working.
So I guess I have to be thankful.
Off to Hanmer later this afternoon to attend 'The Battle of the Slides'. A competition between Camera Clubs in the area, except it will be digital, no longer slide.
Should be a good evening.
We will not get home until after midnight I guess.
