Evening Stroll

A perfect evening stroll in Borrowdale with Hope and Will.
This is the view from the top of Castle Crag I think (thanks Will! - picture taken with the use of a remote control son!). Meanwhile Rick was doing 'good works' in Diss, Norfolk - don't ask.

We did the "stroll" in 3 hours plus 15 minutes "stopping time" - compares very favourably with the 3 hours plus 2 hours "stopping time" I achieved with A&L earlier in the year - though we managed many more photos on that trip!

The scheduled 30-minute trip home via Booths for some pizzas to cook and a bottle of wine turned into a 2 hour trip via Honister Pass, Cockermouth and the pizza takeaway due to the road closure between Grange and Keswick - as a result of a terrible accident. Not such a good evening for everyone.
