A Squid called Krysia

I came into the lab today to find the summer students had been very busy and have made a paper squid. This does have some relevance to what project they will be doing for the rest of the summer, so i thought i would blip this.

I have spent the day dealing with lots of paperwork, a first aid accident form from last night, meetings to discuss arrangements for next years practical course.

The young lad who did work experience came into today to say thank you, he said that he found his work placement this week really boring and really enjoyed the week working with me, he gave me a card and a box of chocolate brazil nuts, i shared these with my work collegues as too much chocolate would be bad :(
