Feeling less than sparkly I set off for the last day of a long week's work. I started running and managed to help out my colleagues for extra hours, when my own work went undone.

All in all it was a quick day and I feel so much better tonight then I have felt all week. That was even before the bottle of Miller and another chaser.

So the "Lurgy" came and went and the weekend is here.

Yipee!
