Kalmthout

Went to my uncle in Belgium.
I made his wedding photos and he
wanted to return a favor.

We went to the Kalmthoutse Heide,
a park (moor, or moorland) which
has had a fire two months ago.
This day was the first day open again.
It is very strange to walk on burned
forest and smell the burned wood
constatly.

On this photo you see my uncle, he
is also a photographer who is studying
photograpy in Antwerp. He and I walked
for about 10 km in the park, while
making photos.

I learned a lot from him, and he gave me
the book: 'Photographers A-Z' by
Hans-Michael Koetzle.

It was a good day!
