Rear Window

The summer brings with it the ability to wake with the windows open... which allows for the feel of the breeze blowing, the sounds of nature stirring, and the sweet smell of morning brewing.

The rear window is usually my first snap-shot of the day. My first peek at what lies ahead for me.

This is a mental picture that I carry with me at all times. In the dead of winter, on the bleakest of days, it can bring about a smile.
