Love and Peace
So I opened the curtains this morning, and was faced with this on the other side of the road. Now, I realise that there are all sorts of common riff-raff lurking on every corner, but was a little surprised to see their latest 'fun filled adventures' had been taking place on our doorstep.
Maybe I shouldn't be surprised; the road we live on is quite long. One end is bungalows and lots of old people, the other end is twenty or so semi-detached houses, an Indian restaurant, a carpet shop and a convenience store. Oh, and there's a pub within a stones throw as well. You can guess which end we live at...they had probably brought the chalk from the convenience store, gone for a curry, downed a quick pint and hey diddly dee, here's a nice wall to write on.
I'm not that angry, despite the rant. But I wonder if the 'millionaires' living just up the road on the private estates have any idea what really goes on in their local town...
