Li'l has become Jacques Costeau.

Since getting her water mojo she is now diving in, snorkelling and swimming lengths.

I am a great believer in tipping points. If I think back, there were always folk to encourage me to jump, sing or teach and it was just at the right time too.

I guess there are negative tippers too. I never did tap dance again after that......
