Parliament

Mobilised the army in under an hour this morning and headed to Edinburgh to watch the 'Riding' down the High Street and past the Parliament as part of the Official Opening Celebrations.

After we had lunch in the park and then we ventured into the building to have a wander around. I've been in the Parliament a few times for work reasons but Mr R and the army had never been in and I got into parts today that I hadn't been before.

They all had a wee seat in the chamber...this is the wee fella trying out the desks at the back of the Chamber...these seats had been reserved today for the Queens Hosehold during the going ons in the morning.

It was a nice wee impromptu day out:-)
