music in the rain

Prescot this morning was like a river it only has one main shopping street those 'hardy' souls who had ventured out were sheltering in doorways or under-hangs.

I had almost despaired of getting anything this morning when I heard this accordion player as I returned to the car.
I asked him if he would mind if I took his photo.. he was happy to oblige, he was sheltered under a overhang of one of the few empty shops.

The rain has stopped here now with spasmodic shows of sunshine but doesn't look if it will stay for long...so back to the British Open.

I do love watching Golf when the weather is rotten! who do I want to win Any British player including Rory but I'd love to see the elder statesman Tom Watson win.
