Happy hands

Soil in Mississippi is very rich in red clay. It poses all sorts of problems with construction and drainage as the clay expands and contracts significantly (not great for concrete), and does not allow stormwater to infiltrate.

However, it also makes one's hands pretty rusty in color ;-)
