Early Rise

So I was in the office from 7am. Haven't had an alarm at 5:45am for a VERY long time.

The day went ok, getting used to the new systems at work and all. So nice to have lunch with the fun crowd and lots of random laughter (like laughing at each other laughing for no particular reason), just like old times. I love working at LMP!

This is my attempt at Roast beef with vegetables. All wrapped in foil, herbs, seasoning, then 45min in the oven. The beef was very chewy and the vegetables weren't cooked through. Quite a fail :( Possibly because I didn't add in the Dried Onion Soup Mix which should soften the veg. Oh well, it looked and smelled good anyway!
