Zircus in the Park!

Popped over to Barrow today to visit Zircus in the park - it's part of Lakes alive, We weren't really sure what to expect, To there was some really great and slightly surreal things going on. This lady was part of a theatre company that did a act which involved flying round on ropes and balancing in hoops, she was truly inspiring especially when you throw into the equation that she had, had one of her legs amputated. she arrived on crutches, then spent the rest of the act flying around the place with amazing strength and balance doing things that I could barely even dream of doing.
Think we will pop back again tomorrow as we really only scratched the surface of the event.
