Keeping out the rain....

Great day with my mum today - we enjoyed being childish and having a laugh together. I think everyone in the supermarket thought we were mad! Anyway it made me chill out. Later this afternoon I caught up on the golf open keeping out of the torrential rain that continued on and off all day.

We had a great night out this evening to a lovely french bistro in town to celebrate my birthday on Thursday - we'll probably just celebrate it all week! This was a pic from inside the bistro - not us in the pic, but another group of people. Great meal and we even planned another trip away later in the summer to keep me sane...

Great day, despite the weather.
