Dodgy weather...

...the trouble with holidaying in the British isles is that you never know what the weather is going to throw at you...it's a pain in the neck when you're packing for such a holiday too! The wee fella's rain jacket has been packed it's just that his sister didn't check for it today...so he had to borrow one from one of his brothers!

Anyway we set off today from the house in Dundrum with not a lot of optimism and not a clear idea of where we would end up...

We ended up at the Crawfordsburn Country Park...a new place for us. While we ate lunch in the car the heavens opened...the barmy army were restless...it was a bit manic if I'm honest:-) Anyway after we finished eating there was a break in the showers and we went for it...by this time I didn't care if the torrential showers came on again...this army needed to march...and march we did.

In the end we put on too much clothing...the rain didn't come back and the temperature was balmy...we enjoyed a good walk around the park and along the coast.
