Thankfully the umbrella was big enough for all three of us or we would have been three very soggy rats.

Today was the village carnival - and despite it raining all morning, and a couple of swift downpours during the afternoon there seemed to be a pretty good turn out.

The boys got to have a go at a few things - archery, golf (tiddler appears to be a natural), soft play gladiators and a human fruit machine.

Discovered later that we missed out on the boys v girls tug of war, but not sure who won.

Hopefully lots of money raised for various village good causes.
