Lies and Damage

Took this tree up at my daughters work. It is one of several shots documenting an accident she was in as a passenger last night. The kid driving left the scene even though she was injured by the tree branch that broke off and hit her elbow that was blocking her face.

I called Colorado State Patrol this morning to file an accident report. The kid wanted her to lie and say it happened on the ski lift so he wouldn't get in trouble. On the other hand, she was injured, nerve damage to her elbow and arm with possible fracture. Right now it's too "wet" to see a fracture. Off to the Orthopedic Doc Monday. Need a lawyer as she is on indefinite leave from work and not sure how the insurance is going to handle all this.
