Superman Max is 3 on Tuesday

All children are special, but to me this little boy is super special. He is the son of a close friend and colleague and was born 12 weeks early and weighed only 1 Kg (2lbs 2 ozs).

Thanks to all the staff in the special care units who cared for him and the endless love and care provide by his parents and family, he is now an energetic bundle of fun, always on the go and wanting to do things.

His birthday is on Tuesday and I will be working with his Mum tomorrow. I need to get his presents wrapped up today and into the car, so as not to forget them in the dash to work in the morning.
