Welly-clad Princess

This little welly-clad princess puddle jumps through the wedding reception, whilst eating a cupcake stolen from the Wedding Cake. What more could a 2year old wish for, on what was definitely her day.

It has been a mixed day. There have been challenging moments - it chucked it down for the majority of the first half of the day, a couple of equipment issues. During the service, a young lady collapsed on the lane beside the church, not breathing, barely a pulse. A friend literally saved her life resuscitating her until the ambulance responder and then ambulance arrived. Yet as this went on, so did the one of the most beautiful wedding services I've been part of.

I got stung by a huge wasp and a load of nettles. Followed by a fabulous village fete champagne reception, and a really beautiful evening reception, with a giant cutout smurf, lawn games, homemade bunting, traditional sweets, and a fabulous swing band. And many many many photos. Many photos.
