Magnolia tree

Spring has been kicking winter's butt the last week and the plants have responded with a glory of acolades. This magnolia fills the neighborhood with beauty and an incrediably sweet smell. It won't last. In three or four more days all these petals will be on the ground and some other plant will claim bragging rights.
The Weatherman says we may have a wintery mix in the next few days but that just means cold rain this time of year.
I'm so glad SPRING is here.
